Welcome to Southeastern Truck Tops. These Terms of Business govern your relationship with us when you visit our showroom, make a purchase, or engage our services. By doing business with Southeastern Truck Tops (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Business apply to all visitors, customers, and purchasers of products or services offered by Southeastern Truck Tops at our physical location. We do not currently sell products online, and no online shopping cart or purchase terms apply unless explicitly stated.
2. Our Products & Manufacturing
We design, manufacture, and sell truck tops, accessories, and related products. Features, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to product availability and approval of credit where applicable.
3. In-Store Purchases & Payment Terms
All purchases must be completed at our showroom location. Accepted forms of payment may include:
- Cash
- Credit & Debit Cards
- Approved Financing (if offered and approved)
- Certified Checks
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include state/local taxes unless otherwise indicated.
4. Orders & Custom Work
Custom fabrication or special orders may require a non-refundable deposit. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order. Delivery or installation timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing constraints or supply chain variables.
5. Warranties & Limitations
We provide warranties on select products and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and will be provided in writing at the time of purchase. Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accident, or improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because we manufacture and sell on-site, returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise noted in writing:
- Custom products are not eligible for return.
- Standard products may be returned within a specified window if unused and in original condition.
- Restocking fees may apply.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and specifications when ordering custom products. We are not liable for incorrect orders or fitment issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Southeastern Truck Tops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from any product or service purchased from us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court in Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Business at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued interaction after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
